I watch a lot of YouTube videos. I am sure many of you do too. I have been able over the last couple of years to glean through all the rhetoric and have managed to find about a half dozen channels that I trust for good solid information. Each of these people have a particular background and use their interests to dig deep and find information to bring out to their subscribers. Some of the information I get is financial and some is Biblical. On occasion, I also find good factual news I can trust. (Usually Sky News Australia) In addition, I have about forty other channels I follow just to keep my finger on the pulse of where people are at in general. That might take the form of following Jordan Peterson or Louder with Crowder to hear about what’s happening with the youth of America. I might listen to Tom McDonald because I find there can even be a good message in rap music. I also follow a lot of Christian people who run the gamut from orthodox to whacky just to see what’s happening in the church at large. Occasionally, I like to add a comment to some of the things I watch. It might just be to encourage the YouTuber or to simply say thanks for their efforts. Other times, I make comments on comments. I try to be insightful or funny and never want to come across as obnoxious or rude and insulting.
Well, last week, one my favorite financial guys was presenting a rather serious video about his thoughts that there might be a behind the scenes conspiracy in the global financial system. He started to draw out the idea of the Rothschilds and how hidden all their wealth was and pointed to the tremendous global influence he thought that they might exerting at this time. As a Christian, I know that there is an evil at work in the world and that there are people that have “sold themselves” to a global agenda to plan a global one world government, whether it is the Rothschilds or whoever. Now I don’t think that this person is a Christian, so I thought that I would gently insert some comments to draw his attention to the idea that if there is spiritual evil in this world there must also be spiritual good, ie God. So I made a comment taking off affirming that not only are there the families like the Rothschilds but also there is another family, the family of Abraham. From there I drew the idea that not only did God choose Abraham but also would make a nation from his descendants and give them the oracles of God. From there He would select a tribe, Judah and eventually a king, David whose descendent Jesus would die on a cross and be raised from the dead to return to the earth and destroy all global evil and bring in a kingdom and He would be ruler over not only Israel but would be Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Read When the Kingdom Comes from Global Chaos to Eden by Harry M. Phillips available on Amazom. The greatest asset a person could ever have is to align themselves with God through faith in Jesus Christ. It would be important to be on the winning side. So that was my comment. I thought it was fairly good to springboard off the family of Rothschilds and behind the scenes global domination to the family of Abraham and eventually the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Little did I know what kind of trouble that might cause me.
The next morning, I went to that channel to see if there would be a comment to my comment or al least some kind of acknowledgment of what I had written. That’s when I got a real shock. I tried to go to YouTube but Google wanted me to log in. Funny, that never happened before. I tried my password, denied. I had to change my password before I could get in. When I opened YouTube, it didn’t look the same. All the regular channels that usually pop up for me were gone. Everything was strange, different videos, different stuff, it wasn’t right. I went to my subscription page and found all my subscriptions had been wiped clean. (about fifty) I went to my library and where I usually find about the last 150 videos I have watched, now there were only about twelve and six of them I had never seen, because there were almost pornographic in nature. I must tell you I was both scared and mad at the same time. I spent the next two hours trying to recreate my subscription list. I figure someone at Google took issue with what I was writing about and they pulled my comment and proceeded to “mess with me”. Well, they messed with me good.
I now see that as a Christian, the AI algorithms have me in their sights and have responded to silence my comments. I have heard about this happening to others, now I have experienced this firsthand. I am sure it won’t be the last. Big Brother is real and he is on the move, we are approaching the last days, no doubt.
